Not sure about this, in principle I'm with you, but in practice, the law was brought in to deal with a specific problem in Germany/Austria, that there were a lot of people, in important positions, going around denying the Holocaust already, as a way of deflecting attention from their personal involvement. A slight but definite difference from banning a few off the scale loonies. John W
