Board is x72, Strauss has raised PF with 72, and I think Mr. Other has played back at him, such that Strauss thinks that his two pair is behind. So Strauss bets, then he offers to show a card for $25 while villain is considering a call. The implication is that he has a set, so he gets his opponents to fold a better hand.
(I suspect it might be the turn and the turn paired the board, vs an overpair.) AN Other MIGHT be Jesse Alto.
