Unless you are dealing with a very loose aggressive in the cut-off - sounds like he is loose passive from your desc - it is is a fold. Incidentally, I think you place far too higher a value on deception - only capping half the time in your spot is cery costly imo. But it does depend on your image, it is extremely rare for me to slow play Aces in limit (except to limp raise), though I probably should do a little more than I do.
