Do you have a regular hotel when you visit, or do you stay in different places according to rate availability? The clues are there - I'm sure there aren't that many places that take Total Rewards Points in their Tropical breeze Café, but I don't know whether you habitually stay there, or whether hotel selection is as big a variable as game selection.
I hear a lot of good about In'n'Out Burger, which is a mainstay in the Western US and has locations in Vegas. (They also had a pop-up branch in Hendon for the 90 minutes or so that it took to sell 200 burgers, flown in from the US, last year.)
