For me, I will get KK roughly one hand in 220 (or once every 7 hours, give or take). I will be facing AA with my KK about one time in 4,000 (at a 10-handed game), so actually that's about once in 130 hours. I shall face KK with my AA once every 130 hours again.
So, how often at a full table will someone have KK v someone with AA? Here I would use a slightly different method. With 10 players you know that AA will come out (roughly) one hand in 22. There are nine other hands when AA comes out, and there will be a KK in any one of those hands (roughly) 1 time in 24. so AA in any hand v KK in any hand is roughly 1 in (22*24) or 1 haqnd in 524, or about once every 17.5 hours of play. All this assumes 30 hands avge per hour.
