I dont think that there is anything wrong calling with A7s from good position against two relatively loose limpers, especially when the agressive player was in blinds and not behind you. You had an option to cap the betting with the best flushdraw against 3 other players, Im surprised that you did not.
In QQ hand the King on the river completes the straightdraw too. These kind of value raises are very player dependant. Aginst unknown I probably just call here too, but my riverplay isn't world class :(
