As I live & breathe, you have killed me
Apr. 10th, 2006 07:25 amWell, a cracking new album from Morrissey for Challinger to condemn and ignore unheard. The lyrics to some of them could be cut and pasted from his days of hyper-adolescent angst at The Smiths 25 years ago. Is it really two years since You Are The Quarry?
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah (who, from a couple of live tracks, sound as if they are well worth going to see) and Buck 65 are the other two CDs getting most play at the moment.
Although I can't work out how to get TV programmes or DVDs onto the Creative Zen, it takes downloaded video files as easy as pie; which means that I can catch up with all those World Series downloads from 2004 and 2005. I downloaded the High-Stakes Poker TV programme on Friday, but this is proving less amenable to simple transfer.
Running bad on the Hold'em front at the moment, but playing well. A little snippet I remembered from Matt Matros has, I think, served me well in keeping losses to a minimum. Net result, going nowhere, but I feel that a rush (one way or the other) can't be far away.
Now if only I could stop being so darned tired.
