Pump It Up
Jun. 5th, 2006 10:28 amWell, the boiler still isn't working properly, but the temperatur seems to have gone up by some 10 degrees, which makes sitting in the flat bearable.
Although my Rio Karma has not repeated its sudden hard drive failure, the on/off button now seems to have gone kaput. I can "getaround" this by turning off the "auto-off" function and leaving it in its dock overnight. This charges it up and if, by some chance, I did switch the thin off, it also autmoatically turns the machine back on.
So, whether to take the machine apart to try to fix an on/off switch that I can just about survive without? A difficult one.
