Acronyms, Colds
May. 9th, 2005 01:02 pmNo, cold is not an acronym (well, it probably is, but not in this particularly instance). A cold is what I have at the moment. I think it will be Benilyn and bed when I get home. The bonuses can wait.
But I liked the acronyms in today's lettercol in The Economist, referring to the new breeds of youtful entrepreneurs. FILTH (Failed In London, Trying Hong Kong) and FISHTAIL (Failed In ShangHai, Trying Again In London). Other sparkling suggestions that could be applied to the less desirable sections of our business community fully appreciated.
