Glad you had a safe flight. I've never taken 1st class since I don't think it's worth it for short flights, and because I drink a couple hi-balls and sleep on longer ones. In my case I can sleep in any position so extra amenities aren't worth paying for to me to do so.
Sounds like you are off to a good start. I apologize if you have mentioned it before and I've missed it, but are you only goiong to play poker or also some pit games/slots?
Regarding the story about the Englishman, when I read that he got up without paying the kill, I thought maybe Ribbo had been there and was taking a shot at a big game. But then when I read he came back and not only left the kill but also a tip, I knew it could not possibly have been Ribbo. Probably just some guy who had never really played a kill game before.
