No - I mean to cover a case where the Rt Honourable Rich Git lives in a country pile in Bucks some of the time and in his Marble Arch flat (that happens to be in Mrs Rich Git's name). Gets elected for Aylesbury Magna and becomes an MP and bingo - he's entitled to claim for doing what he was doing already.
